At Notbranded, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your items aren't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Place the unwashed and unworn items with original tags still attached into the original shipping bag or a secure box.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
